A COMPLETE FACILITY SEARCH

Power, cooling and connectivity.
One coordinated brief.

Available floor space is one part of a high-density deployment. We help define the infrastructure requirements and compare what each provider includes in its proposal.

01 / POWER

Size the usable capacity.

Review per-rack load, total power, feeds, redundancy requirements and future growth. Separate committed capacity from your expected operating load.

02 / COOLING

Match cooling to the system.

Use the hardware vendor’s requirements to evaluate air-cooled or liquid-cooled colocation, equipment interfaces and responsibility for the cooling equipment.

03 / CONNECTIVITY

Plan the network around the workload.

Define carrier access, cross-connects, upstream bandwidth and cluster networking requirements alongside space and power.

GPU & AI COLOCATION

From a GPU server to a larger cluster.

Training, inference and HPC projects bring different deployment requirements. We help source single-rack GPU colocation, multi-rack clusters, private cages and larger capacity commitments.

AI training & inference

Bring GPU counts, storage requirements and your intended network layout into the facility search.

HPC colocation

Compare space, power and connectivity for compute-intensive processing, simulation and research workloads.

Phased growth

Discuss initial capacity, expansion options and contract terms before committing to a facility.

LIQUID-COOLED COLOCATION

Work through the cooling details.

For systems requiring liquid cooling, we help frame the provider discussion around the complete installation. Review direct-to-chip cooling requirements, coolant distribution equipment, facility interfaces and operational responsibilities with the provider and hardware vendor.

Cooling readiness is evaluated for the proposed system and location. A GPU model name alone does not define the facility requirements.

B200 & B300 COLOCATION

Start with the complete system specifications.

Planning NVIDIA B200 or B300 servers? Share the exact platform, quantity and rack configuration. We use your vendor documentation to guide sourcing, rather than assigning a fixed rack density or cooling method from the GPU model alone.

Hardware & layout

Server model, rack dimensions, equipment weight, installation access and planned expansion.

Power & thermal needs

Vendor-specified electrical and cooling requirements, rack loading and redundancy goals.

Cluster connections

Fabric design, switch placement, cabling, storage connectivity and external bandwidth.

RELATIONSHIPS BEYOND PUBLIC LISTINGS

Off-market space. More sourcing options.

We work with established operators and boutique providers to explore available space, subleases and forward capacity. Our experience extends beyond the floor plan to compute, cooling, connectivity and provider terms.

COMMON QUESTIONS

High-density colocation, explained.

What is high-density colocation?

Colocation planned around concentrated power and cooling requirements. The relevant density is the usable power and heat load of your proposed racks, together with the facility’s ability to support the configuration.

Do all GPU deployments require liquid cooling?

Cooling requirements depend on the complete server and rack configuration. We start with the equipment vendor’s specifications and review the proposed cooling solution with each provider.

Do you source B200 and B300 colocation?

Yes. Share your B200 or B300 system model, server count, rack layout and vendor specifications. We use those requirements to compare facility fit, cooling, connectivity and commercial terms.

Do you handle single-rack projects?

Yes. Our sourcing spans 1U fractional colocation, single racks, cages, private suites and multi-megawatt deployments. Provider fit depends on the specific space and power requirements.

Do you own the facilities or charge an advisory fee?

RightCapacity does not own or operate data centers. We source across providers. Providers compensate us, and clients pay no advisory fee.

What information should I send?

Start with your preferred markets, system models, server count, rack count, power requirements, cooling specifications, network needs and target timing. Share the details you have, and we help define the remaining requirements.
